　　Pengchengfei Technology Development (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., the former Shenzhen Chengfei Plastic Products Factory, was founded at the beginning of 1993 and is located in the 2nd Industrial Zone, Maanshan Village, Shajing Town, Bao’an District. We have standard industrial plant, staff dormitory, entertainment room and basket ball field, all of which covers nearly 7000 square meters of land and 14038.7 square meters of floor. We have expanded into the present medium enterprise integrating injection molding, mould, oil spraying and screen printing from the original small processing factory. In serious market competition, we stick to the tenet of quality first, credit first, service first and reasonable price and gain wide trust and favor of new and old customers. 

　　We specialize in design, development and production of precision moulds. During these years we have accumulated rich experience in producing moulds and we have also owned first-class and professional level in such procedures of plastic products as injection molding processing, assembling, oil spraying, screen printing, pad printing and bronzing. We have high-quality productive staff and advanced equipment and we successfully passed the certification of ISO9001 quality system in 2002. We have more than 200 skillful technical workers, scores of management and business backbones, nearly one hundred pieces of advanced productive equipment including CNC processing center, high speed CNC, slow stroke wire cutter, injection molding machine, EDM machine, lathe, milling machine, ultrasonic machine and etc. And we also invested RMB1,000,000 to set up large dustless oil spraying and screen printing workshops which raise the direct qualified ratio of our oil spraying products to higher than 95%. And we will invest more capital to introduce into high-end equipment in the near future.

　　Adopting the advanced integral design and processing system of CAD/CAM/CAE over the world, the mould department is capable of providing customers with 3-D styling design and mould production service, using PRO/E and UG II to design products and analyze mould structure, shortening period of designing and producing products and wining maximum economic benefit for customers. With several engineers and more than 30 technical workers we have strong technical force. We have successfully produced several sets of VCD and amplifier shell mould for TCL, developed more than 10 kinds of 14″-17″monitor for Huipu Technology, developed several ammeter moulds for Shenzhen Kaifa Technology and developed various moulds for nearly 100 customers including Huakey, President and Coship.
